Representatives from BART will be available for an informational meeting at 333 Broadway the evening of April 24th to discuss with community members the planned track replacement and partial street closure on 4th St.
Beginning Spring 2018, BART crews will replace the tracks adjacent to 4th street between Washington and MLK. The sidewalk will be temporarily relocated, parking spaces will be closed, and one-way traffic going towards Broadway will continue. BART plans to spend $500,000 on improvements of 4th street once the project is complete.
If you cannot attend this meeting, please contact Richard Fuentes, BART Principal Representative of Government and Community Relations at 510-464-6883 with questions and concerns.
