EXPANSION is a group exhibition of expansive painting, bringing together a diverse group of artists whose practices push outward in scale, gesture, material, and imagination. While the works span a wide range of visual languages and approaches, they are united by a shared inquiry into growth, openness, and transformation.
Through abstraction, figuration, and hybrid forms, the exhibition explores what it means for painting to expand beyond traditional boundaries, fixed narratives, or singular perspectives. Each artist contributes a distinct voice, creating a dynamic and layered conversation across styles and sensibilities.
Reception is on Jan 10 from 6-8 pm. The show will be up through Jan 30 by appointment (contact Niki at haikublue18@gmail.com).
