An example of how to do First Saturday like a pro:
Start with brunch at Shapeshifters, then swing by the Oakland Vintage Market to dig for some vintage gems! After the vintage fair, hit up the Jack London Art Walk, happening at galleries all over the district. Between stops, swing by Jack London's new neighborhood distillery, P&W Spirits, for a taste of their signature gin, then catch a show at Yoshi's, live music at Everett and Jones BBQ, or play a game of bowling or bocce ball at Plank.
