First Course
Spinach, Feta, and Walnut Salad
A vibrant blend of fresh spinach, creamy feta, and toasted walnuts, complemented by the sweet-tart flavors of blood orange. Dressed with a rich balsamic vinaigrette.
Second Course
Coconut Étouffée
A velvety coconut-based étouffée bursting with bold Creole flavors, topped with a sprinkle of fresh cilantro and served over fragrant olive oil and herb-brushed baguette.
Third Course
Southern Elegance Plate
Indulge in a harmonious blend of comfort and sophistication. This dish features a crispy, golden-fried house-made vegan country steak, elegantly perched atop tender, flavorful braised greens and creamy polenta. Alongside, savor our Rigatoni Creole Cheddar Mac, baked to perfection with a bubbling, golden crust and served in a petite bowl overflowing with creamy, cheesy decadence.
Fourth Course
Mini Cheesecake
A decadent mini cheesecake crowned with a swirl of silky whipped cream, golden-brown graham crumble, fresh raspberries, and a touch of vibrant mint. Drizzled with tangy raspberry reduction for the perfect balance of creamy, tangy and fruity flavors.
