VISION 980 | SHARE YOUR INPUT, SHAPE THE FUTURE
The I-980 freeway is a barrier to travel and economic opportunities between Downtown Oakland and the historically Black neighborhood of West Oakland. Acknowledging past injustices to underserved communities and seeking to repair harm, Caltrans has launched the Vision 980 Study to reimagine the possibilities for the I-980 corridor. We need your help!
